June Newsletter: Our Podcast Launches!
Jun 01, 2024Hello!,
Our new podcast launches tomorrow🎉
You can now find our trailer on Spotify and while you're there, please be sure to follow the podcast so that you don't miss our full episodes as they land!
In tomorrow's episode, episode 1, Marcus, Oscar and I talk about what exactly we mean when we say, "Asian mental health". In addition to defining this term, we also highlight that the three of us have no intention of representing the broad and diverse Asian community, and that instead, we seek only to share from our personal experiences which may resonate and connect with others.
There are so many complexities and nuances in mental health work that so often get missed in 60-second reels or even in text format. So, we really appreciated having more space in our new podcast format to discuss different layers and perspectives together.
Our aim with this podcast has always been to reach those who might never sign up for a program or turn up to a workshop... we really hope that it'll become a valuable resource for you and those around you!
If you know anyone that may benefit from hearing about mental health from Asian perspectives, we would love for you to share the Asian Mental Health podcast with them.
❤️Asami
