October: Season 2 of the Asian Mental Health Podcast!

Hello!

In the lead up to World Mental Health Day, we're excited to share the launch of the Asian Mental Health podcast (season 2) with you on Tuesday, October 8th!

This season, we're talking about the tangible, everyday strategies that we use to care for ourselves... in the hope that these conversations might offer you some ideas for your self-care too. We also deep dive into Asian men's mental health as well as creativity and mental health, and we're joined by some VIP guests too.

Another special update is that you'll also be able to watch season 2 on Youtube. We can't wait to welcome you into our weird and wonderful chats and hope that our openness to talk about our mental health might contribute to normalising mental health conversations within our community.

We would love your help in reaching more people. If you resonate with one of our season 2 episodes, please be sure to forward it to a friend, colleague or family member.

❤️Asami

PS. Please head over to our instagram on launch day (Tuesday 8th) as we'll be announcing a special giveaway🧳 🏆🎉
