The Shapes and Sounds Creative Community Care program does not provide acute or crisis support, nor can we provide ongoing support.

Here is a list of external services that you can access for various needs and requirements.

Crisis Support Services:

These services will be able to support you when you are experiencing an emergency or a crisis. 

A crisis is described as: when you're unable to function in your daily life, or, when you might be a danger to yourself or others.

Even if you're not sure if you're experience a crisis, these services will help to direct you to the right service so it's best to contact them.
