Â
"Connect and Grow" is a multi-disciplinary group for Asian mental health practitioners to connect, grow and learn how best to support our Asian community through culturally-responsive frameworks and access to emerging resources. It involves:Â
- a 90 min zoom session
- held every 3 monthsÂ
- facilitated by psychologist and board approved supervisor, Smruthy Nair
đĄThis is free for all practitioners registered on the S&S list, which otherwise costs $75 per session.Â
This session is equivalent to one CPD hour and certification will be provided after attendance.

- Roanna
đ "It felt like home being able to connect with practitioners who share similar experiences in their workplaces, especially being Asian in an environment that's more Anglo and Eurocentric!"
