Wellbeing sessions
Asami is a registered music therapist and certified yoga teacher who draws upon her unique skillsets to deliver powerful group wellbeing sessions.
Sessions can include gentle movement and stretching, breathwork to calm the nervous system, mindful music listening, guided journaling and reflective group discussions.
Her expertise lies predominantly in supporting health professionals to manage compassion fatigue and burnout, however sessions can be tailored to suit your organisation’s unique needs.
From one hour workshops to long-term programs, wellbeing sessions can improve:
