Why I became a therapist:
I became a therapist because I learned, through my own grief, growth, and becoming, that when someone feels seen and supported, their whole life begins to open and I wanted to offer that kind of steady, human care to others.
My favourite food:
My absolute favourite is chicken karahi (a Pakistani dish) with garlic naan - delicious!
My favourite hobby:
Running, it keeps my mind clear, my mood lifted, and is hands-down my favourite way to shake off stress and get those happy hormones moving.
