As someone with lived experienced of anxiety, I wanted to help others going through similar difficulties and reduce the stigma around seeking mental health support in Asian communities

Shapes and Sounds acknowledges the devastating impact of colonisation and brutality on the mental health of First Nations and Indigenous people. As Asian settlers on this Sacred land, we strive to utilise our own ancestries' experiences of colonisation, displacement and collective grief to ensure that we no longer perpetuate oppressive structures.
Shapes and Sounds is a certified social enterprise which is a business that exists to create measurable social impact. We invest at least 50% of our profits into our mission.
