Why I became a therapist:

My own cultural background and lived experience have given me some understanding of the way these factors can affect our sense of identity, attachment and belonging, as well as our capacity to care for ourselves in both mind and body, which motivated me to support others in their navigating their challenges.

My favourite food:
For me, food is not only medicine but a tonic for the soul, and the most important element of that is the sharing and connection that it can bring, so I really love a communal Vietnamese feast.
My favourite hobby:
Nature and travel, ideally the two combined.
My favourite quote:
"It isn't what happens to us that causes us to suffer; it's what we say to ourselves about what happens." - Pema Chödrön
