A counsellor helped me understand I didn't need to live to the expectations of others and it freed me to become my authentic self, and it sparked a passion in me to also help others in the same way.

As Asian settlers on this Sacred land, we strive to utilise our own ancestries' experiences of colonisation, displacement and collective grief to ensure that we no longer perpetuate oppressive structures.
